well-equipped kitchen, spacious apartments, favorable location
The cleaning staff entering without permission is unacceptable!!! Improvements needed for furnishings and overall cleanliness to enhance guest experience.

The breakfast was satisfactory with various breads, juice plus eggs cooked to order, and also the staff were all incredibly nice. Its location next to an owned gallery was great...

great location but minor kitchen issues
The location can't be beaten! Nearby attractions made exploring the area easy. The room was impressively spacious with a comfortable living area. I appreciated the good variety at breakfast, particularly the fresh fruits and delicious cakes!
The kitchen could use some additional utensils and cookware to enhance meal preparation options.

The flat is very comfortable, big rooms and closet. The location is excellent: you have the Alvear Hotel at the back, supermarket on the corner, every kind of restaurants nearby. Taxis are cheap and we can go anywhere from there.
It's a very old building, as the neighborhood, and we need to take it into consideration. The apartments need a new painting, and it'd be just perfect. Bathrooms were very clean, more than the rest of the flat.

The unit was a great size with two full bedroom/bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and a small terrace. It included daily maid service and breakfast brought to the room each morning. The front desk staff was very nice and the location was perfect.
The internet service was not too good. I used the lobby computer and within minutes my e-mail account had been hacked. Use the internet cafe down the street. The rooms are not fancy. Some have been renovated, but ours wasn't. So, expect some cracked plaster and older furniture. But, the beds were good.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment close to Recoleta. Breakfast lacked variety. Easy access to restaurants, great for family stays.

Location (probably the best spot in Buenos Aires); room (a 80 m2 appartment for the prize of a hotel room).
Appartment on the third floor extremely noisy due to air conditioning engines in the yard (and the road on the other side). I would advice requesting top floor, in particular if travelling in summer

Location
The front desk only speaks english from morning 6.00 until 16.00 hrs. So it was very difficult to call and talk to them. Even in the morning while checking out @ 5.00 I had to face difficulties as the guy @ the front desk spoke only spanish.also while I booked the hotel it said pick service but when I called one day before to confirm they said it will be USD 60 per taxi from EZE airport

Do recommend for a getaway
Spacious apartment, friendly staff, convenient location, including a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance and a good breakfast with omelets and scrambled eggs served in the apartment.
Everything was flawless.

The location was really great: just 3 blocks from the Recoleta cemetary, just steps from the famous Alvear st., With all its luxurious buildings, fair walking distance from Av. 9 de Julio and the Obelisque.
The apartments could use some renovations, specialy with regards to the windows. The windows are really old, they don´t shut well (I.E. you can hear the noise from the street), and in some cases the windows were really rusty (mainly in the shower). We had to wait too long for breakfast (which is served to your appartment). Even when we ordered our breakfast the night before, asking to have it at 9:30 since we check out afterwards, we only got it at 10am. When we ordered it in the morning, it sometimes took them about an hour or so to deliver it to our room, unless we´re ok with having only the coffee and fruit salad, since they were lack of dishes...

Absolutely, great for a family. The apartment that we had (7d) was fabulous. Three bedrooms, kitchen and living/dining room. Highly recommended. Very safe area and very upscale area. Great value for money. Would stay there again in a flash.
No internet in apartments. You have to go in the lobby to use wifi.

I loved staying in the Two-Bedroom Standard Apartment. The spacious layout complemented our adventures, and the location in Recoleta made it easy to explore the city. While the wifi connection was a bit unreliable, the friendly staff was nice.
